Shimmer, the leading ADHD coaching platform for adults, was launched in 2022 following our co-founder & CEO, Chris’ diagnosis with ADHD. After frustratingly trying to navigate the scarce behavioral options for ADHD, she brought together the top ADHD experts to design an accessible, tech-enabled platform that leverages the expertise of ADHD psychiatrists & science-backed methodologies and is delivered by ADHD coaches.
Shimmer offers a personalized approach with 1:1 video coaching, tailored productivity tools, and science-informed learning modules. We challenge the deficit-driven status quo & instead are designed to empower individuals to take back control of their life: e.g. managing time effectively, building resilience, enhancing decision-making, and developing sustainable habits.
366M+ adults globally live with ADHD and for too long the narrative has been centred around stigma and deficits. We exist not only empower individuals with ADHD (83% of our members can better manage their ADHD symptoms in just 6 weeks!) but to raise awareness globally and advocate for the power of neurodiverse minds.

As a Product Designer at Shimmer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's direction through end-to-end experience design. You will work directly with our two co-founders, Chris, the CEO, and Vikram, the CTO and drive all design efforts across Shimmer. You should be a design generalist with a keen eye for intuitive user experiences & engaging visual design, a strong product-thinking mindset, and strength in shipping experiences from ideas to high-fidelity mockups (e.g. Figma)
