💪 Position Description

Since launching publicly 2 years ago, we’ve grown rapidly and need YOUR help to manage and scale our customer management processes alongside our growing customer base. We’re looking for a ROCKSTAR — empathetic, ambitious, customer-focused, mission-driven — to join our team in taking Shimmer to the next level. You’re a fit if you’re a quick learner, have strong communication skills, are detail-oriented, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves (start-up style) to get day-to-day operational tasks done (or help us automate them!).

This position is critically important to Shimmer and the delivery of our mission. Members who come to Shimmer have often faced decades of frustration and shame, and often Shimmer is the first time they’re opening up about their ADHD—vulnerability that we treat with the utmost care. This touch point is one of great responsibility and of even greater reward.
